Karen VanHaltren

Karen is a Data Curation Officer within the Open Science Theme and working as part of the DAFNI User Liaison team. Her role focuses on maintaining datasets and models on DAFNI, with an emphasis on curating rich, standards-compliant metadata to facilitate data discoverability, interoperability, and reuse. As part of her role, she also supports data gathering and modelling requirements for EU-funded projects. Karen brings expertise in data curation for AI/ML-driven drug discovery and content discoverability in the life sciences domain.
