Earl Talavera

Earl is a software engineer, part of the graduate scheme in the Scientific Computing Department and is currently in his 3rd rotation working in the systems team at DAFNI. His experience since prior to joining DAFNI involved creating a CI/CD pipeline for building and deploying docker images into the Harbor registry for the Tier-1 to utilise and create tasks interfaces within CCP4 Cloud for users with conversion of data from CrystFEL and data processing for serial crystallography and multi-crystal datasets. His role within DAFNI is to research and improve the security with CReDo (Climate Resilience Demonstrator) as well as the DAFNI platform.
