Lilith Cole

Lilith joined the DAFNI development team in December 2025 as a Senior Research Software Engineer, specialising in backend development across a wide range of DAFNI APIs.

Prior to this, she joined STFC in the 2019 graduate cohort to work in the ISIS experiment controls team, where she developed the control systems of beamline equipment. She has extensive project management experience, which she is currently putting to use overseeing dev-team work towards a variety of upcoming feature epics.

From her previous role, she also brings a well-tested ability to manage customer expectations in resource constrained projects, robust collaborative skills, and even brief, but valuable, experience running conferences.
