What is DAFNI?
DAFNI provides a high throughput computing resource (HTC) accessible through a web based front-end. The platform is aimed primarily at supporting infrastructure research projects.
We provide a legacy space for research projects, with data, models and workflows, preserved in searchable catalogues for the future.

DAFNI provides computing resources that enable users to get the most out of their models and data, allowing users to carry out large scale analyses.
Docker Support and Workflow Building
DAFNI fully supports models as docker containers, providing legacy support for models. DAFNI also provides tools that allow users to construct workflows based on models that are available in the DAFNI ecosystem.
Visualisation Support
DAFNI provides users with full notebook support, with R and Python, which allows flexible and easy access to data analysis tools and the straightforward visualisation of data on the platform.
A Community of Infrastructure Research
One of DAFNI’s main goals is to build up a community of infrastructure researchers on the platform, providing users with a rich set of models that can be combined to maximise the utility of modelling on DAFNI.
